After graduating with a Masters’ degree from Harvard University, Simon has a wealth of experience in all areas of property, planning, development and investment, both nationally and internationally, all achieved over a 25 year period. As Managing Director of the group’s activities and principal shareholder, Simon’s focus remains on exploring opportunities, adding value, creating sustainable assets and always pursuing quality product with quality income.

Andrea joined UK Land & Property in 2006 to head up the finance element of the business. Before this, she spent the first 12 years of her career in a practice of Chartered Accountants where she became a partner and worked with high-value clients, then spent 4 years working as the finance director of a large firm of lawyers in Manchester.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Following an impressive track record of working on property projects in a wide range of sectors, Paul joined UK Land & Property in 2004 as project director for the company. Previous roles included managing high value projects for major property companies including Orbit Developments and Peel Holdings, as well as working for the NHS on an £86m hospital redevelopment.
