Hawarden Business Park

Hawarden Business Park is a 40 acre site located 6 miles west of Chester city centre and close to Broughton Retail Park. It is adjacent to Hawarden Airport which has attracted significant investment by Airbus and is one of the Welsh Government’s most important strategic employment sites in North Wales. Both bespoke and speculative development was undertaken at the park.
