Boulevard Industry Park is a 65 acre site and is a major part of an award-winning regeneration programme situated directly adjacent to Land Rover’s Halewood plant. The scheme involved extensive pre-planning consultation followed by planning approval and infrastructure works before developing 1.1 million sq ft of space for both manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies of international standing.
