Nuovo Apartments

Forming part of a wider regeneration scheme for the Ancoats area, Nuovo is a 13 storey tower block that provides 166 high specification apartments, 40 of which were designated for shared ownership, along with ground floor retail space aimed at independent outlets. It is one of Manchester city centre’s newest residential developments and was created by working in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency and Sir Robert McAlpine.
